At Regency Jewelers, we take pride in offering fine jewelry crafted with quality and care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to inspection and approval.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.
